"All gave some, but some gave all"

After being inspired by Fireman Rob Verhelst (a.k.a.Fireman Rob) Policeman Keegan has set out on his own mission to raise money for charity. This year his focus is the families of those police officers, firefighters, and EMT's who lost their lives in the line of duty.

In memory of the men and women who gave their lives in the line of duty, Policeman Keegan will wear a full police uniform during the run portion of triathalons. This year, Keegan plans to participate in endurance races including the Ironman and Rev3 70.3 events.  The 70.3 triathlon that consists of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bicycle ride and a 13.1 mile half marathon.  Last year while raising money for this cause he qualified for the Rev3 National Championship race in Knoxville Tennesse.  Last year he did four 70.3 distance triathlons and the Kansas City Marathon in full police uniform.

Will you be a part of Policeman Keegan's squad?
Your strength is in your passion" - Fireman Rob
